This book was produced during the second half of 2004 and January 2005. Printed onto 200 gsm. Fabriano accademia paper. Hand-set in various forms and sizes of Walbaum, Grot, Univer, Caslon, Bell , Old English, Albertus, Clarendon and Ionic.

The text was set and printed in the Central St. Martins' letterpress studio under the supervision of Nick Nineham, who was a great help with this project.
